Executive Team

Robert R. Bennett serves as Chairman of the Board of Liberty Live Holdings. He has been a director of Liberty Media since 1994 and became Chairman effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Bennett is the Managing Director of Hilltop Investments, LLC, a private investment company, and also serves as a director of Flutter Entertainment plc. Previously, Mr. Bennett served on the boards of HP Inc. and Warner Brothers Discovery and was President of Discovery Holding Company. During his tenure at Liberty Media, he held several senior leadership positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer and Principal Financial Officer. Mr. Bennett also worked at Tele‑Communications, Inc. and The Bank of New York.

Chad Hollingsworth serves as President & Chief Executive Officer at Liberty Live Holdings. Prior to this, he served as SVP, Corporate Strategy at Liberty Media, a role that encompassed a broad range of involvement within Liberty Media, such as driving corporate structuring projects at the parent company level, sourcing and assisting with the execution of M&A and catalyzing strategic growth projects with portfolio companies. Mr. Hollingsworth serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Live Nation Entertainment, where he serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee and has been in corporate governance roles for public and private companies for the majority of his career. Mr. Hollingsworth has been at Liberty Media (and its predecessors) since 2007, and prior to that he worked at Daniels & Associates and Janus Capital Management.

Mr. Hollingsworth attended Stanford University, where he received a B.S. with Honors in Human Biology with an area of concentration in Neurobiochemistry in 1999. He attained the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2004. Mr. Hollingsworth serves on the boards of Rocky Mountain PBS and Invest In Kids, both Denver-based 501(c)3 organizations.

Brian J. Wendling serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of Liberty Live Holdings, Liberty Media Corporation, GCI Liberty and Liberty Broadband Corporation. Mr. Wendling has held various positions with these companies and their predecessors since 1999. Prior to joining these companies, he worked in the assurance practice of the accounting firm, KPMG.

Mr. Wendling serves on the board of Comscore, Inc. and has previously served on the boards of Fun Technologies Inc. and CommerceHub, Inc. He also serves on the board of Clothes to Kids of Colorado. Mr. Wendling received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Philip J. Boeckman serves as Chief Legal Officer of Liberty Live Holdings, Liberty Media Corporation and Liberty Capital Corporation. Mr. Boeckman was a Partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 1999 to 2026. He joined the Firm’s New York office as an Associate in 1991 and relocated to its London office in 2000, where he served as Managing Partner and more recently as Co-Head of EMEA Capital Markets. Mr. Boeckman’s corporate practice at Cravath covered public and private companies and financial institutions, advising on a wide range of cross-border capital markets, financings, mergers, acquisitions, SEC reporting, governance and investigations.

Mr. Boeckman graduated cum laude from Westminster College in Missouri, where he serves on the Board of Trustees and as Senior Fellow for America’s National Churchill Museum, and received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Mr. Boeckman also serves on the Boards of the International Churchill Society and the Foundation for the United Nations Global Compact and was the Chair of the Society of English and American Lawyers.

Ben Oren serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Liberty Media Corporation, GCI Liberty, Liberty Broadband Corporation and Liberty Live Holdings. Mr. Oren spent the previous twenty years in various investment banking roles. Most recently, Mr. Oren was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse, where he advised companies across multiple sectors including Technology, Media and Telecom on a broad set of capital markets transactions. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was a member of the Investment Banking Committee, Corporate Insights Advisory Counsel, Capital Markets Innovation Counsel, and Americas Head of Liability Management. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was an Executive Director at UBS Securities, LLC. Mr. Oren serves on the board of Cleveland-Cliffs, Inc. and sits on the Audit Committee. Mr. Oren holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
